ESA offers a proactive approach to self-defence by teaching our members to identify and avoiding conflict and hostile situations when possible.

Through a well-balanced curriculum comprising of theory and practice of effective defensive techniques, we are able to prepare our students to cope mentally, physically and emotionally with conflict.  We do this by teaching strategies which emphasise responding to aggression and violence in a controlled and proportionate manner.
